Using Pilates to bring form and intention to movement, to allow you to stay in constant and easeful motion through all the stages of life.

We believe that Pilates helps us build body awareness and internal strength to keep you healthy and moving throughout all the stages of life.  We provide not just instructors, but Pilates educators, to support you in your personal goals and help you develop a connected body and mind.  We take a contemporary approach to Pilates layering in anatomy and exercise science.

Courtney Anne Holcomb is a fully-certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor though internationally accredited Balanced Body Education.  Courtney is a Neenah-native who has always had a passion for movement and wellness.  She received her BA in both Dance & Spanish and a minor in Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.  Investing much of her time to movement practice throughout college, Courtney also pursued her Pilates certification through Balanced Body University and trained under the direction of Amy Beversdorf, serving as an apprentice at her studio in Stevens Point.

Drawing from her dance background, movement analysis courses, and love for imagery and dynamic cueing, she is sure to help your body move towards optimal anatomical efficiency and help you lengthen, strengthen and elongate your body. Courtney is committed to a personal practice of Pilates and continuing education to stay current within the field.  In her spare time she loves to dance, choreograph, do bicycle touring, spend time with her husband and cats, travel the world, and being outdoors in her gardens.
