Waveforms Pilates is a private studio of Certified Pilates Instructors specializing in one-on-one Pilates equipment training & small group Pilates mat classes, by appointment only. Pilates is truly for any body, and Waveforms is the perfect place to go if you are looking for a fitness program tailored to your specific goals or physical considerations. Pilates equipment is spring resistance based, and helps build uniform muscle and flexibility. Our small group mat classes are capped at 8 participants to ensure that everyone is getting individualized attention.

We take a contemporary approach to the Pilates Method layering in anatomy and exercise science, along with customizing the sessions to fit your specific body and needs.
Courtney Anne Holcomb is a fully-certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor though internationally accredited Balanced Body Education. Courtney is a Neenah-native who has always had a passion for movement and wellness. She received her BA in both Dance & Spanish and a minor in Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Investing much of her time to movement practice throughout college, Courtney also pursued her Pilates certification through Balanced Body University and trained under the direction of Amy Beversdorf, serving as an apprentice at her studio in Stevens Point.
Drawing from her dance background, movement analysis courses, and love for imagery and dynamic cueing, she is sure to help your body move towards optimal anatomical efficiency and help you lengthen, strengthen and elongate your body. Courtney is committed to a personal practice of Pilates and continuing education to stay current within the field. She has over 8 years of Pilates teaching experience and 12+ years of dance, fitness, and movement instruction. In her spare time she loves to dance, choreograph, do bicycle touring, spend time with her husband and cats, travel, and work in her garden.
Molly Jo Mathe, being a dancer for most of her life, she found that Pilates was a great way to maintain balance in her body through vigorous dance rehearsals and performances. Since then, she has been captivated by the profound work of Pilates and enthralled by its opportunity for creativity. Molly Jo believes that Pilates is for every body of every age, and that it’s never too late to take charge of your own health and movement practice.
Molly Jo graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point (UWSP) in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance. While she finished her degree,Molly Jo also completed her Pilates Mat I and II certifications through Balanced Body in 2012 and has since completed the Fletcher Pilates Comprehensive Program in Chicago, IL. Molly Jo teaches Pilates to a variety of clientele and special considerations including men, women, dancers, pre and postnatal moms, diastasis recti, back injuries, and post rehabilitation. She draws experience from her extensive dance and movement background and applies it to her clients in a unique way in order to increase their flexibility, strength, and awareness. Molly Jo loves to implement creative teaching methods to shape a fun and informative learning environment to motivate clients to achieve their goals with a sense of enthusiasm and joy.
